I already checked on my end that their 3 names both appear in the subscriber list (the only ones).
And they are also on this Authorized list which has one user authorized (but not subscribed).
But I will have them check it on their end plus unsubscribe and resubscribe.

To be honest, our subscription code wasn't solid and has been rewritten for the next release. So this issue won't come up in the future.
