Arranging forum - most recent posts at top

I've just started a forum and I'd like to change it so that the newest replies to each thread appear at the top of the page rather than at the bottom... can anyone tell me if this is possible?

Whilst viewing a topic:

If the viewer clicks Threaded, then the branch with the most recent post will be near the top (below the first post); but the most recent post will be at the bottom of that branch. Example (8:17 am more recent than eight minutes past midnight):


At Succession/chronological order is wrong/confusing in Threaded view (but good in List view) and more recently Your wish list for Nabble I wish for the order within threaded view to be less mixed.

Please, are you requesting:

a) another option for Threaded view whilst reading a topic

or

b) reverse chronological order for List view whilst reading a topic

Your forum o' mook does already show the most recently active topics at the top of the forum.

Our forum is already organised as we wish with most recent posts showing at the top.

However, within each branch or topic, we would also like to have the most recent post opening up at the top.  At the moment, viewers need to scroll down and through all existing pages to get to the most recent post within each topic.

I have looked in options for a List View but cannot find.

Please help.

The preference to view as a list appears in the topic (not in options).

Thanks for the fast reply, but I am still not sorted out.

I see no TOPICS, where is that?

Just like this thread here that we are typing in.  This most recent post of mine will appear at the bottom.  We'd like it to appear at the top of this page.

And everything else in reverse order.  We have some long topics and members don't want to have to seek out the final page each time to see the latest posting.

Is this possible?

Sorry, this option isn't available yet. We plan to add this feature in the near future (i.e., in some months).
