Archive generation

Hi.  I've tried to generate an archive backup of my forum twice.  Both times it claims it will email me with a link to the archive, but I've never received any such email.  Any tips for how to troubleshoot this?

Sometimes it takes some time for the archive to be generated. When did you requested it?

Both times were probably about a month ago, give or take a week.

The problem has been fixed. You should be able to generate the archives of your forum now.
