The mailing-list integration is still cactus. I just re-tested both points above.

The server has improved, but it still needs some days to catch up. We may have to make new adjustments in order to make it super fast again.

What about the digests going out? I'm still not getting them. Individual emails seem to be going out fine, it's just the nightly digests that are missing. Thanks, Coleen Coleen Astalos, Stampin' Up! The server still needs time to fully recover. Digests should work again in the next days.

We are aware of this issue and we are trying to understand what happened. We restarted the server today and hopefully digests will be working again. We will keep an eye.

I don't know what digests are,but must be important to your forum and it's users .
Still finding everything very slow, so slow in fact have given up and decamped to a new forum. Which is a shame |

Digests are the email compilation of the posts for that day (either all posts to the forum or posts for a particular category). One of the reasons we switched to Nabble from a Yahoogroup is this email capability, as 95% of my 800+ members interact with the forum via email instead of online. Since we generate between 25-50 posts per day this allows members to be able to subscribe to just the categories they want and get a single email for that category each night. I'd guess 25% of my members only get the digests - so that's 200+ members that are not getting emails and haven't been for the last 2 weeks. So it *IS* a big problem for my users. Still not getting digests. I got this message from a user today when she got her renewal notice for her membership...
This lack of digests is affecting my bottom line and I am losing members. WHEN can we expect to get this resolved? Coleen |

Since it appears that I'm the only one who is expressing a major issue about not having the digests going out and it seems that only the N5 server is having problems with digests, is it possible for my forum to be moved to a different server to solve this problem for me?
Thanks, Coleen |
