Hi There,

I recently noticed my forum has been set to trial mode due to adult content. I understand my Forum contains adult content and I have been considering doing something about it for a while now. But this is not your problem so let me get to the point.

Once I clear all the adult content from my forum what needs to be done to get it reclassified? Do I need to speak to someone or will this happen automatically? I am not disputing the classification as currently my forum does contain adult content however once I remove this I would like to ensure I do not have my forum blocked.

I am having a lot of issues trying to clear out the forum, when I try to delete large sections or threads I get a page back with error 500 and the thread or section is not deleted is there a way around this?

If you want to keep adult content, you only have to buy some credits.

This is one particular thread that I am having issues with: http://the-freedom-forum.979753.n3.nabble.com/charcter-pics-td2608375.html but really I just want to delete everything except 1 thread. I understand I only have to buy credits to keep the adult content however the adult content is not something I want to keep so I am trying to delete it. I deally I want to delete every subsection as I have moved the one thread I want into the main section.

Thanks for your help previously, I gave my users so time to take anything they wanted before I cleared the forum but that time has come and gone so could you please delete the two remaining subsections of my forum linked below. Afterwards please confirm there is no longer any adult content on my forum and remove the trial status if this is the case.

Although I am concerned as the trial message is still on the bottom of the page and I have 5 days remaining, is this a case of the trial will end but my forum won't be blocked or is this just an oversight on your end?
