Re: Ads on Forum

I agree, there seems to be something wrong with Nabble's day counter.

I set up a forum on 21 October 2014 (that's 114 days ago) and today it tells me there's 66 days to go before ads appear. That's a trial period of 180 days, but, like you, I'm sure it said I had 365 days when I registered my forum and there's been no indication of a change of T&C posted on the Nabble's Latest Features page.

You can find out exactly when you created your forum by clicking on your username and selecting "Account Settings" from the menu. That takes you to your Profile screen which reveals the date when you registered.

Unfortunately, since the new year, Nabble does seem to be having trouble providing support.

For the moment, I can only say hang on and hope the situation returns to normal.

Is there a person to contact , what is to stop this happening again, and I will just buy more credits to stop adverts appearing, surely there is somebody who is responsible?

You can always email anyone who posts on a Nabble forum. Just find a post by that person, click on their username/avatar and you are taken to a screen where there is a link to take you to "Send Email" screen. Hugo is the obvious person to try, but in my experience it is likely to be as quick posting a message here.

It does seem a shame that Nabble is struggling at the moment.

Still no reply, anyone? I have paid to have the adverts stopped on my forum, I was promised a year free of ads and we managed around 4 months?
