Administrator approved posts

I am new to administering a forum but recently I used one of yours for one of my blogs. My question is. Is it possible for every post that a user makes to be approved by admnistrators before it actually shows on the forum?

Hello... I've just posted a question... Any recommendations to avoid Spam?
Did you found out about approving posts? It might be very time-consuming anyway!

No I didn't find anything yet. I know that it will be time consuming but the owner of the site (which is not me) wants it and I am trying to tell him how it is done. Any idea guys?
