Add/Remove Groups Error

I'm an Admin on my friend's forum site http://doomforums.990887.n3.nabble.com/ . Whenever I try and edit the Groups settings, a HUGE error message comes up. It's been like this for a few weeks and I'm not exactly sure how to fix it and neither does my friend. Also, after that happened, my friend's account hasn't been working properly. She had to make a completely separate account because it wouldn't let her post or something crazy.

The error message is the following:
