2 persons on 1 email address ?

As I admin a small nabble forum is there anyway 2 people can register on 1 email account. ie husband and wife
as some people only have the 1 email address.

however, both people can enter in the same account and suscribe their e-mails in your forum...
I don't follow that suggestion! There is only one email address allowed for each account and when you subscribe any mail goes to the currently registered address for that account.

E-Mail was always intended to be personal. No one should ever share an email address. So the original posters question should never arise - and need never arise. Microsoft offers free Hotmail addresses via live.com, Google offers email addresses, as does Yahoo, and many others.

The husband and wife should be encouraged to use the Internet appropriately and obtain their own address, then they can sign up to any forum independently.
Volunteer Helper - but recommending that users move off the platform!

Thanks this is what I thought I am trying to get them to open there own email accounts on hotmail or google as you say it will encourage them to do things on there own accounts. Thanks
