were just gana have to wait it out till they resopnd to us!! i just happend to have 6$ if my forum wasnt used daily by members i would have waitedd  its weird they should have give n ppl some kind of update before this haappend

Our website is freely made by members of our non-profit association Poker Club du Pays d'Apt. Its purposes are to make known the poker game, without any bet nor put. This association as all others in the country (FRANCE) since 2010 is governed by the law of 1901, the object of which must be social. We received an authorization of the prefecture. The access to the association is not free. It is reserved for the members in possession of a card which the association freed. So a sports association, like a tennis club, cannot be considered as a circle deprived of games. Since 2010 french laws, poker loi 1901 associations in France are considered as game of CHANCE (more information on the government site here. We're members and friends talking about game tactics, just like Monopoly, or World of Warcraft ! Actually there are 15,8 billions of members of loi 1901 associations in France, with 65 billions of inhabitants. Now I must say that we were incitate to choose your embedded forum from WIX team, as we set up our premium site with them. I asked them why our forum was set to "adult content" : here is their answer :

Well I asked one of WIX directors about the "adult content" legislation and our website : it has DEFINITIVLY not any adult content, as it is hosted in France, under FRENCH laws, within a french domain name. Its forum talks about tactics, helps newcomers to understand the rules, and shows European and local French competition results.  Here is a link with the setting up of a Nabble forum on wix website : http://fr.wix.com/support/main/flash/editeur-wix/widgets-html/forum-nabble.

So now please answer our request : this site has no adult content and has to be set to a classic one  urgentlybut, if you do not want to respect the law, then give us back the possibility to login, and easily backup and RESTORE all discussions (I read within this support page that there were problems with restoring data ?) . At least you could have had the delicatesse to warn us of such a modification before it happens. A simple EMAIL would have been sufficient. A copy of this discussion is sent to my WIX website director, who will make decisions accordingly.

Ok, so please give us the Right to login and backup our data ( plenty of members boards, discussions and pictures) before delete everything. Do you want money for this? I thought that the Californian companies were made by people "plutot" cool, ready to help, respectful of the property deprived and of the public law generally, instead of Chinese ones. I did not imagine that my data could be hostage of the dough... Astounding! I understand you need money, but you have to understand that our non-profit association exists and lives with Voluntary work only. You have to respect that. They won't understand that America could say "My laws say that you have to pay to access your data", wich is extremly reactionary, from another times or countries. They won't even understand why they would have to start a new forum from scratch (and so kill association history)  because some Americans could possibly come to read their nice frenzies, and that their uncalled-for and hypocritical Puritanism could be hurt? Do you know that they are peasants, workers, craftsmen and families ? They don't even speak English....
We are very far from your policy of the money, and we try to disturb nobody by taking advantage of our lives. I have the impression that you still have of the way to be traveled...
In 1995, I travelled accross US from Frisco CA to Plattsburg NY, passing by Sacramento, Redbluff, Portsland, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and I can say I met many nice people. Would things have changed??

The point is simpler than that: our software is free for users but is not free for us. Since we can't monetize "adult sites" we should charge them.
