Hi there Nabble Team.
Can you see what's going on with my community forum? community.exce.se It suddenly stopped working last year and I requested from you to move it to your new server, don't know what happened after that since I have been away for some time and I still find it not working. Best regards, Timmie.

I don't remember the original domain name for the site (the one you get when creating the forum)..
I changed that to community.exce.se, but you guys must be able to see the domain and site? Best regards, Timmie.

Hi again,
I sent this to you on August 27th 2021: https://support.nabble.com/MY-FORUM-IS-DISAPPEARED-WHY-WAS-IT-DELETED-WITHOUT-NOTIFYING-ME-PLEASE-RETURN-MY-FORUM-td7611564.html#a7611580 (My user name is Malkaren at that point) Then I sent this to you on August 31th 2021: https://support.nabble.com/Save-my-forum-td7611612.html And also this on August 31th 2021: https://support.nabble.com/Downsizing-Nabble-td7609715i80.html#a7611611 Then I got an email on November 29th 2021: "The forum listed below is inactive and has been scheduled for deletion on 30 days. To prevent this forum from being deleted, visit the forum and follow the instructions." Follow with a link to community.exce.se When I then visited the website, there were no instructions.. So is there anything I have missed? If so, is there anything we can do to recover the website or atleast the codes or anything? I did alot of work on the site. Best regards, Timmie.

I see that your forum was moved to the s1 server:
https://support.nabble.com/Save-my-forum-tp7611612p7611648.html Unfortunately fffilimnov was not too helpful in his post. You need to know the number on s1 that was allocated to your forum. One option to try and find it would be to work through all possible numbers. The default format for a nabble forum URL is: forum-name.n.s1.nabble.com where "forum-name" is your forum name which may be reformatted a little to comply with URL requirements, e.g. spaces replaced with hyphens. "n" is your forum number. It turns out that "forum-name" is not critical so I just use "xxx" when hunting for a forum I have looked up: xxx.1.s1.nabble.com xxx.2.s1.nabble.com and they don't exist but there is a test forum at: xxx.3.s1.nabble.com and Nabble Support is at: http://xxx.4.s1.nabble.com/ Just keep hunting until you find yours. There are plenty of gaps which will find you being sent to Nabble's home page as some forums have been deleted since being moved and it is possible your forum has suffered that fate due to inactivity and you failed to notice the warning emails as they were treated as spam at your mail server. Best of luck with your search!

Thanks Greg!
But there must be another way, the Nabble team should be able to see the server, maybe if you can find a backup or a log saying my domain name? (community.exce.se). It have be pointed before so it should be logged somewhere?.. Best regards, Timmie.

Nabble only keep backups for a few weeks, not months and certainly not over a year. It is highly likely that your forum was deleted many months ago and you missed the relevant warning emails. Unfortunately many mail services will treat them as spam.
Anyone who visits a Nabble forum during the 30 day grace period can click the "Don't delete this forum" button. If they've got there before you, you will not see instructions. Only they get the "Success" message. Bear in mind that Nabble are hosting your forum as a favour. They charge you nothing. There are no adverts that appear on your forum through which Nabble derives payment. You cannot expect a high level of service from such an organisation, even if it appears to you to be just a few moments work. If it is easy to do then I suspect that Israel would probably already have done the check and failed to find your forum As you can't provide the Nabble address of the forum it seems reasonable to me for Nabble to leave you to do what you can to recover it. In short it is very much up to you to frequently visit and maintain your forum. It's why, since before it was announced that Nabble would be downsized, I have been recommending that anyone with a forum worth keeping move it away from the platform. While Nabble has been maintaining a service it is no longer one for mission critical or important data.

Your site has been restored.

Great news for NITEMARE. I guess that the forum went off line much more recently than I assumed.
