Help with back up after site gotdeleted

Hey got the email alert that my site got deleted 'cause of you guys thinking the fourm wasn't active which it was.


I don't know what to click to see the text related content I'm looking for in the file tables. The content I'm looking for is what was posted on the fourm / my writing stuff in one of the sub-fourms.
