Does the nabble engine used to display an embedded forum/sub-forum/topic utilize the parameter (stuff after the "#") in the URL when determining what to display?
For example, I have a single page on my site that is used to show the main forum, as well as sub-forums and topics. This page displays using the HTML script (which was given to me from the main forum embedded options):
<a id="nabblelink" href="http://n2.nabble.com/CONNECT-Forum-f3294226.html">CONNECT Forum</a>
<script src="http://n2.nabble.com/embed/f3294226"></script>
When I choose to open a topic in a new window, it seems that it first goes to the nabble site (
http://n2.nabble.com/NHIN-Public-r1917-tp4141931p4141931.html) which redirects back to my site (
http://www.connectopensource.org/display/NHINFORUMS/Forums#nabble-td4141931|a4141931). I assume that the nabblelink script uses the stuff after the "#" so that it know the difference between showing main forum/sub-forum/topic.
This setup has been working for me for a few months, and was working up until sometime this week.
