link from permissions page, to groups page, and vice versa

Graham Perrin
Suggestion

The Change Permissions page should include a link to
the Manage Users & Groups page, and vice versa.

(One click, instead of three.)

Example

<http://developers-and-admins-of-statusnet.38116.n3.nabble.com/template/TplServlet.jtp?tpl=change_permissions&node=38116> should link to <http://davical-general.89287.n3.nabble.com/template/TplServlet.jtp?tpl=manage_users_and_groups>.

Thanks, nicely done, would you like to move this thread <http://nabble-support.1.n2.nabble.com/Users-Groups-and-Permissions-tp5568913p5569755.html> to the resolved area?

moving one's own content

I'd prefer to move this thread (which is resolved) and move another thread (which was a false alarm). I do not want to delete my record of that false alarm (it will help me to avoid confusion in the future), and I don't want newcomers to this topic to be confused by any part of that thread. Bear in mind that things are found by searching and in Classic view it may be not immediately obvious that a particular post is somewhat redundant.

Moreover: please, can you explain why the permission to move one's own content has gone? Cross reference <http://nabble-support.1.n2.nabble.com/Moving-one-s-own-content-tp5572368p5572368.html>. Moves may have been rare, but the feature was highly valued.

Thanks

You should be able to move your threads now. It was a bug in the system and it was fixed.
