embedded forum going to subtopic

my embedded forum is going to subtopics occasionally - it doesn't do it all the time and seems to depend on how i access it - like whether i type the name of the page in directly or link there from another page, though why that would make a difference is not clear to me.


this is the html code im using... i took out the < > (replaced with dashes) before the a and after html" as well as "http" because it turned into a working link ....

 the first link is from the permalink, as the direct link to the forum on nabble *always* took me to the subforum. the subforum address (the most recently posted-in subforum) is clearly different though, so I'm not sure why this is happening (http://n2.nabble.com/your-website-rocks-td4692470.html#a4692470). my other forum which works fine, is n3.nabble.com with slightly different code, but I couldn't use it here.

i guess when i tried to use the ns embed scrip in the second line of html everything was just blank. when i looked at the n3 script compared to the n2 it was slightly different so i assumed it had something to do with that. the other forum works fine though.
