I have registered our forum with myself as the owner/admin but when I log on I cannot make any changes to the forum..I do not think I am listed as the admin...any help would be appreciated.

You should login with the adminIWCT account. You are currently an anonymous user and the owner of that forum is a registered user with the same name.
