about email notification,

hello everyone,
I've register to this forum and the R help forum, I want to ask how can I stop the forum from sending me email whenever someone reply a post or start a new post in the R sub-forum?

I've tried several methods, i.e. unclick the sending email reply setting from the personal setting part Or changing my email subscription to my non-main email account
How can I do so?  Please help me, because everyday I receive up to at least a hundred email sending to my \email account regarding to a reply in the forum.

If such emails are sent by Nabble, you will see a footer with a link to unsubscribe. If you don't see this footer, then you are subscribed to mailing lists outside Nabble. So you have to go to the mailing list web site and look for an option to unsubscribe your email address.
