Why is My Info Showing???!!!

I used Nabble for my website but upon publishing the site, the forum shows my personal information as though I am still logged in.  I dont want participants to see this information, what did I do wrong?

Please post a link to the page where your information is displayed and I will take a look. I guess you are confused about this and your information is not there.
