Is there any way to create a sort of Universal Forum that references all other subforums, and subforums within other subforums and pulls out the individual posts and then displays them in chronological order?

What I have done is to create a topic called "Master List" and pin it on top. This Master List topic will contain all the important link to any sub-forums and topics that are important. Hope it helps

I think that's what I've done here...

However I did it this way so that users could have the same name throughout!

Edited: That's strange though... The permalink for the outermost layer brings up the next layer...
It opens up Welwyn Hatfield Community instead of Welwyn Hatfield, which is the outermost / top layer     
You will have to select WelwynHatfield from the breadcrumb to see the whole thing.

I have created a new thread to cover Your Permalink Issue. Please do follow up this problem there. I think it is worth investigating.
