Unable to unsubscribe

I have unsubscribed from the forum and Subscribed again using a different email Id, But still i get emails to my old email Id. How can I get rid of this?

If the email is sent by Nabble, you should see a footer with a link to unsubscribe. If you don't see this footer, then you are subscribed to another service or mailing list.
