Unable to subscribe to the mailing list

Hello,

anytime I try to subscribe to the mailing list I always receive this message:

This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Is there something wrong with my particular subscription or it is not allowed to join the mailing list anymore?
