Unable to Create New Forum

I go to Nabble.com and click on the free forum link.  The form comes up and I fill it out and hit create forum and then it takes me to a white screen (blank page).  After some time, the blank screen continues and still no email that anything was created.

I have tried this on both Chrome and Edge with the same results.  I would like to create the forum so I can embed it into my Weebly website.

Any help as to how I need to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

Nothing else. Don't embed your forum into your site, just it.
