I am not certain if someone with nabble is making changes, or what is causing changes to the Nabble set up (I am not doing any customization, etc) but it is causing real problems for me.
I have a membership site - I have a customization that when people do not pay, they get moved to an expired member status and it has always worked to make it so they do not receive emails from our Nabble.
When whoever makes changes - it seems to over ride my settings, and sends to ANYONE who has ever *registered* on my site. Meaning it doesn't matter if they are subscribed or not. I have about 300 VERY ANGRY past people who have started to receive emails, listing us as spam, etc.
I thought that I could just remove all the people from the "expired member" area, but it is pulling from the *registered* email addresses that I don't seem to be able to remove them from
Please help!! I wish we were notified prior to anyone making changes to the system, this has really harmed my business in the past several months as it has happened several times
