Can I add a IM chat / Live chat to my site  from another site?

There is no simple built-in feature to add the function.

I have no experience of installing such features but, in theory, if it demands the same kind of thing used to embed Nabble in another web site, (just a short snippet of code to add to your site) then it should be possible.
