Problems with sub-forums!

When I made a user an admin of a sub-forum they weren't an admin for that sub-forum's child forums. Why is this? Now I have to make that user an admin in every single child forum.

You should add admins to the branch they belong to. You can imagine it as a company hierarchy where each branch is a department. Only company founders should be set as admins of the top node.
