Posting and Email Notification Issues

Hi, I'm from The Guiding Light Message Board...the past couple of days I've been having problems replying to posts or starting new threads..they seem to hang for a very long time before finally appearing.  Also as of yesterday afternoon I am not getting my email notifications when someone replies to one of my posts.  My settings are still set to receive email notifications...Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks Hugo, it seems things are working much better when posting replies and I've been receiving (at least some) email notifications to my posts again.  Thanks for your quick response!!
