hace unas semanas nuestro forum fue eliminado y nos gustaría recuperarlo. Se trata de un foro que utilizamos durante el curso universitario, hasta más o menos mayo (cuando tenemos exámenes) y continuamos su uso en septiembre. Cuál sería el procedimiento? Tenemos que registrarnos y crear un foro sobre el que ejecutar el back up o se puede restaurar sin un foro de base? Adjunto el email que recibimos.

a few weeks ago our forum was eletes and we would like to recover it. It's a forum we use in college during the course, usually until may (when we have exams) and then we carry on using it on september. What would be the procedure? Do we have to register and reate a forum to implement the back up onto? Or is it possible to restore it without a forum as a basement? I'm attaching the email we received.
