Online Users as first tab

How to get the "Online Users" tab to be displayed first when I click "People"?
I made that tab to be 1st but when I click on "People" it still displays the now 2nd "Users & Groups" tab.

It'll be good to have it first after clicking on "People" to see who's online without clicking too  much.
