Newspaper - Change BG color

Using Glossy template on NEWSPAPER. Would like to change BG color BUT I can't spell CSS (not bad with html).

Can I - HOW?

SOLVED - Found answer in the nifty "Related Help Article" link at the bottom of the "Change Appearance" page.
