New people to the forum can't register

I have two new people who have attempted to register at the Ecology Party Forum -

Their registration , and avatar picture are coming up fine at their Nabble profile -

but they are showing up on  the forum as ' Un-registered Users ' , with no avatar .

What could be the problem here ?

Each has clicked the ' activation ' link in their e-mail , but yet - no registration

Any information is greatly appreciated .

Hi Fred,

I looked at your forum and I only see unregistered users (except you).
Where did you see the avatar of those users that are not the default one? Could you post the links here?
Basically, they must login to post messages with the correct profile. Please ask them if they see a "login" link on the top right corner of the page when they are posting.
