Message line tag & long subjects

I'm still having problems with replies to topics not being put under the original topic.  The problem seems to be both with upper case RE: and also any that are "Re: SU!:" Neither of them are being put as a reply under the original topic.  

I tried to add as another prefix the whole thing "Re: SU!" like this:

 <override_macro name="prefixes" requires="post_by_email">
    re|aw|res|fwd|答复|SU!|Re: SU!
</override_macro>

But that doesn't seem to make a difference.
