Member did not get email id validation mail after registration

Hi !

We have one member who tried to join our forum. He registered successfully. But did not receive any email for confirming his registered email. He checked his spam folder. No email there too.

Now if he tries to re-register using the same name, he is told that the name is already in use. He would like to keep the same user name.

1) How to avoid such email not receiving issue in general? For this member as well as for other members who may try to join later to our forum?

2) How can a member delete his user name/email id from Nabble registration if he did not get the confirmation mail? If he could delete it then he could restart with his user name/email id again?

Hi Pedro,

I did not receive this mail to my mail inbox ... I noticed this reply after coming to the support forum now. Hence the delay in response.

He has now used a different User Name and registered.
