MISSING BUTTONS

I can post text when using - Coleshill House - Auxiliary Units Forum.  
However the line of buttons such as INSERT IMAGE, B, Intalics etc, is missing.  
Other users have it but I don't.  Can anyone help please?

Thanks that makes it clear now.  I thought that by registering on the Coleshill House web site was all I had to do.  Silly Senior!!!
