I accidently deleted a whole thread. HELP!!

yes, I started the topic and didn't like what i wrote for the original post, so i deleted it thinking it would only delete my post but it deleted the whole topic.

This is a known problem that we will probably fix in a week by not allowing users to delete posts, but only edit the post to say "deleted".

The replies to your post weren't actually deleted but they were removed from the forum and now float on their own.  If you know who replied to your post, you can ask them to find these floating posts (and all replies under them) and to move them back into the forum.
