After point 5, the code for an image is shown, but when I try replicating this, my post shows a missing image icon!
I'm not quite sure what you have done, but I'm guessing you have missed the trick that you need to use!
You'll notice that line is in a slightly different font from the rest of the post. This is the result of it being wrapped in < raw> tags. (I have deliberately left a space after the < sign, to prevent it being treated as a genuine opening "raw" tag.)
The raw tags are needed to prevent text that could be interpreted a real HTML code, being processed as code.
To cure the problem after you paste that line into your own FAQ topic, select the line of code then go to:
More > Raw text
This will wrap the selected text for you.
Click reply on this message then click the "Quote" button. and see the result of the raw text option that I have used below:
<nabble_img src="myphoto.jpg" border="0" class="center"/>
Note: You'll also see "quote" tags in use. You can just type such tags. You don't have to use the menu option. Indeed, that's how I insert quotes of your messages into mine. I type "quote" tags.
Greg - I hope that's ok? Your FAQs are very useful!
That's fine. I'm happy for others to use any of my FAQs on their forum.
