How to import older mailing list messages?

I'm new to nabble and just set up:
http://apache-flex-users.2333346.n4.nabble.com
http://apache-flex-development.2333347.n4.nabble.com

How do I import all of the old messages from the mailing lists into nibble?

Hi,

The existing mailing list use ezmlm.

Anyone know how to export from ezmlm to Nabble or import from ezmlm into Nabble?

Should be able to yes, would a ezmlm archive format also be OK?
