I have a sub domain pointed at a site and another subdomain pointed at a nabble forum which is embedded on the site.
365.webbrewers.com » site o365answers.webbrewers.com » n2.nabble.com The redirect I set up previously points at a "default" sub domain which I'd like to change. There are 2 redirect options under "embedding options" but both are the same and I don't see how to change that. Custom applications and site design. I may have misunderstood the problem but rather than:
Options > Embedding options I think you need: Options > Application > Change domain name

Thanks Greg.
I have changed the domain name. Before I did that though I set up a redirect. Now when you go to the domain, o365answers.webbrewers.com it redirects to the sub domain I had redirected to. So what I want to do is eliminate that redirect. The only options I see under redirect are: Allow users to view this forum without embedding. Redirect to [default sub domain] (currently checked). Should I choose the first option? When I do that the forum isn't embedded. If I embed it again, the same 2 options show up under embedding options. How do I change the redirect url? It looks like nabble is automatically getting the url from the site the forum is embedded on, and the site is supplying the default sub domain instead of the correct domain. As far as I know (and I'm not an expert on this) the "Redirect to" address is picked up from the location at the time embedded was first implemented and it then becomes "locked" to that URL. I have not experimented with this, but assume that if you can change back the domain name to its old setting and remove the embedding, then change back the domain to where you want it to point now, you should find that when re-embedding your forum Nabble will again pick up the current URL on the "Redirect to" option. I know that people will lose access to their embedded forums when they change the host of the page in which it is embedded as the old re-direct continues to be actioned. In that case they need to wait for one of the Nabble team to remove that "lock".

Unfortunately it doesn't work correctly.
I reverted to the default nabble url Removed the embed code Added back the sub domain I'm using (which has a CNAME pointed at the nabble url) Added back the embed code Links should go the page the forum is embedded on: http://365.webbrewers.com/Pages/Office365AnswersCommunityForum.aspx But instead they go here: http://o365answers.webbrewers.com/Multiple-levels-of-pages-td7572693.html Custom applications and site design. This is starting to bug me...the whole point of adding a domain should be that links to an app open the site, not the default nabble site.
Does anyone know how to set this up right? I have a sub domain pointed at the nabble server using a CNAME record. http://o365answers.webbrewers.com The sub domain has been added as a domain in nabble and is part of the embed code. The site I've embbedded on is using a different sub domain. http://365.webbrewers.com That sub domain has to point at the server the site is hosted on and can't point to nabble servers. This all worked before when I was redirecting to the site so it's something with the domain addition that isn't working correctly. Custom applications and site design. It takes sometime for the redirection starts. It seems to be ok now.

Hi Pedro,
I don't think it's working right. Here's a permalink to a post: http://o365answers.webbrewers.com/Multiple-levels-of-pages-tp7572693.html It opens the default forum not the embedded version. It should go to the appropriate post on this page where the embed is: http://365.webbrewers.com/Pages/Office365AnswersCommunityForum.aspx So it looks like the CNAME is doing it's job and routing traffic to the nabble app, but the redirection from there to my site isn't working. After refreshing the page, both opens your embedded version. Please, see it now.

I had to go back and reset the redirect, which had been removed. Now it's working!
