How do I cancel my monthly fee?

Hello,
I've been having so many problems with my forum that I want to cancel my $3.95 per month fee to hide the ads.  At this point, my forum is not working correctly embedded in Wix.  Dates are no longer shown and 404 errors are constant.  In fact, I just emailed Nabble for a list of my "aps" and they sent me my "link" which was also a 404 error.  Please click on it. http://the-connie-francis-fan-forum.1093637.n5.nabble.com/

Can someone please tell me how to cancel this fee?  I am going to have to move my forum.

Don't know about cancelling a fee,but Nabble has been ad-free, for months, for everyone

So there is no need to pay.

The Nabble link you posted goes through a re-direct to:
http://static.wix.com/html/359473_acaedaa70879474c304c1a051a0721f9.html
That means that you have redirected the forum to a page that no longer exists at your WIX site.

As to the forum itself, you appear to have done some significant customising as it lacks the usual Permalink, Register and Login links. That makes it impossible for me to see where the correct page for the re-direct should be to sort out the incorrect re-direct.

Hiding those standard links is definitely ill-judged. I'd recommend reinstating them.

It is also not wise to embed the forum in a space of fixed height that suits only the home page of the forum. As soon as you navigate to some of the larger sub-forums you introduce a secondary scroll bar.

Thank you so much for replying.  I cannot figure out for the life of me how to correct this.  Wix has gone to https which as I understand adds more security.  The embed code I was using no longer works in my html box on wix so I had to use the link of the ap  ** http://the-connie-francis-fan-forum.1093637.n5.nabble.com/  ** which takes me to the 404 page.  Yes, I've made some page changes but cannot figure out out to correct the problems I've created.

I don't recall hiding links and I cannot figure out how to retrieve them.  If I could just view my site on nabble.com, then I could probably correct these things.  

Could you please explain where to go to change the "redirect"?  I am a novice at this (clearly) and if anyone could point me in the right direction, I'd be grateful.  My forum resides here:  **  http://www.conniefrancis.com/fan-forum
