How do I buy advertising on other Nabble forums?

John Yeoman
I run several sites that host Nabble forums. On some sites, I pay Nabble to take the advertising off; on others, I tolerate the advertising. I don't want to run my own adverts on my own sites (although I know how to do that). But how can I buy advertising that will appear at other people's Nabble forums that are specific to my interest area (creative writing)?

For example, my competitor advertises on one of my forums. (It doesn't bother me much.) But how can I advertise on his forums - or those of other sites (not my own) relevant to my market? Can I pay Nabble for an advertising contract? Or is it all done through Google Adwords, etc?

One of the Nabble Team will be able to give the definitive response on their advertising suppliers. Certainly, Google's AdWords appear on some applications, but on others various type of banner will appear. Those ads may not be purchased from Google.

It's worth pointing out that Google Ads that appear on your computer are highly dependent on the sites *you* visit and the terms you use in Google searches.

It is highly likely that your visitors will see completely different ads to those you see when visiting your Nabble forum. Only if they also visit your competitor's sites or have searched widely using terms that also appear on your rival's sites are they also likely to see your competitors ads.

Please, for now, use Google adWords. The default ad is from Google AdSense, so your ad migh be shown on our forums.
