Help please... cannot access topic posts

I am changing hosting company again and had embedded my forum/blog.
Now I have unsubscribed to that company and cannot access posted topics from the forum/blog.

I get messages:
Not Found
The requested URL /pages/blog.html was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) DAV/2 Server at www.knit4dolls.com Port 80

Is there some way of getting the posts back please...?
