Forum permissions problem

Hi,

I've set the permissions for one of my sub-forums/sections so that only administrators can create new topics.  However, if I go to my forum just as any visitor would (i.e I have not yet logged in), the option 'create new topic' is showing.  This doesn't make sense...  I am assuming that this would also show for anyone that looked at my forum, which is not what I want.

Look!  I made this post three days ago (15/10/10), so can someone from Nabble answer it telling me how to solve the problem, because this is important!

Again, I have set the permissions for one of my forums so that only administrators can create new topics, but if I look at the forum just as any visitor would, then I can see 'Start New Topic' !!!!!!!!!  This doesn't make sense, because it is implying that anyone can start a new topic.  
DOES ANYTHING WORK PROPERLY WITH NABBLE FORUMS??????????
