I mean, if you have 2 nabble apps, then you can LINK them.... then you have 2 nabble apps, but linked (same users, only one registration for users.) and same administrator and moderators for both apps...

There's already the facility to do this: CHANGE PARENT.

If you enter the permalink of a completely different forum, you get a warning screen explaining the implications of doing such a migration, but it is possible.

You must keep those apps under a common parent if you want to have a shared login. So, yes, the first step is to create the common parent and migrate everything under it. After that, you would have to hide the common parent from users so that they don't try to visit it. This should be easy because such parent would show up only in the breadcrumbs trail, which can be changed through templates.

Since you moved your forum under a new parent, the style that will be used is the style of the new parent. Also, the permalink change was explained in the migration screen.

Since the idea is to move posts, only users associated with those posts are moved. I added this explanation to the warning page, but this will only be available after the next release. Sorry for the inconvenience.
