Error 500

Some of the threads/topics on my forum are  getting the error message below, and I've not edited the code on the forum in months.  So something somewhere else has changed.

We updated Nabble and removed some features which caused issues. We're looking into it.

It's not possible undo this for while.

This has also removed customizations - and they can't be fixed until the error is fixed

Can you quantify "while"?  Are we talking hours that my users will be down?  I'd really like to be able to tell them something.  Please.

It appears to be working correctly now.  Or, maybe I should say that we can now get into the threads/topics we couldn't get into - at least the ones of which we were aware.

I am still getting Nabble errors when trying to fix my customizations - is that a done deal?

I am unable to modify subscribers - so people who don't want to be subscribed can't be removed!

Hi Israel, good morning. I see you solved the issue with the "500 error", but now I can not do any posts by email (answer my readers directly from my computer).  Their emails have [e-mail] as addressee  and the tag " "if you want to respond/answer  via email ... " its not included any more when I get their emails..  Its this temporary of its par of the consequences of the fixing of the "500 error" Thanks for your support

Israel - My users are getting Error 500 from mobile devices.  For instance, I get it from my iPhone X using either Safari or Chrome, but don't get it from my Windows machines.  Help, please!
