Edit text in some links/buttons?

I have multi language forum.  I want to edit a few links/buttons to be 2 languages.  

Examples:  
The "Post" button I want to say "Post | после"
The reply link I want to say "Reply | Ответить"
How can I do this?  

As an alternative, if there is a way to make a SUBforum a different language that would work also.  

I tried adding pages to google translate but that makes of problems.
