Can Administrator "Suspend" Members in Private Forum?

Is there a way to temporarily "suspend" members (i.e. prevent their access to topics or the private forum) without undoing all of the registration work?

You can remove them from the list of members (Options > Users > Who are members?).
You can add them again later.
