this bug keeps occuring again and again.

i don't understand because this forum is not that active. We're just a handfull of users with sporadic posts.

So what can i do please ?

We have a new server now and the service seems to be stable again. Please let us know if you guys have any issues. We apologize for the issues in the last days.
