Blog Restore Request

Hi - found an email today telling me that my Nabble Blog had been deleted! Please can you restore it:

For future information how do I avoid having this blog deleted. The last post was in December so not terribly long ago - was it down to inactivity? If so what are the rules?

I have seen in other posts that you may need the backup zip that was emailed, if so, here it is:
