BUG: Extras & Add-on - Responsive Layout

This add-on only works when:

Options > Change appearance > Preferences > Classic Topic Page > Picture size

is set to BIG.

If set to SMALL then in Portrait orientation on a Phone the "Reply - Threaded - More" options are not visible until the phone is turned to Landscape orientation.

The new users that have joined my forum since the COVID-19 lock down were left completely stumped as to how to interact!

We are aware that we have issues related to mobile devices but unfortunately we are dealing with other higher priority tasks and we don't have enough time to fix it.
Is it possible to guide the new users to use their phones in Landscape orientation?

I did that initially.

On the forum that has a large proportion of resistant users, I have opted to move to Big pictures and present it as a benefit as users can now provide a selfie as an avatar.

However, that is also causing problems as a high proportion are phone users and unable to crop their own selfies.

For those only used to WhatsApp and Facebook Nabble appears very clunky.  ☹️

Just discovered a further aspect to the Responsive Layout issue, that may be easier to fix.

While creating a "New Topic" produces a shortened button bar above the edit box, should you attempt to "Edit Post" the standard button bar with text on the buttons appears.
