Are Nabble + mailing list login+password connected?

Hello,

I'm not clear at how Nabble works.

Before posting to a Nabble forum that's acting as a web interface to a mailing list, I need to register an account.

Also, I see mailing lists spread over multiple Nabble servers (blah.n5.nabble.com, blah.n2.nabble.com, etc.).

1. Must the email + password in Nabble match those used to register with the mailing list?
2. Must I create a new account for each Nabble server (n2, n4, n5, etc.)?

2. Not for each server, but for each forum regardless of the server it sits on.
