AT&T (Bellsouth, Pacbell) are blocking Nabble Emails

Does anyone else have trouble with bellsout and pacbell blocking emails from your forum?

I have verified  (by logging in to my customers accounts - with their permission) that they have not blocked and not in spam.

Because we don't have access to the return message/blocked email - how can I go about getting this fixed?
